Description

Wear-resistant valves are primarily designed for conveying coarse and corrosive materials, commonly used in industries such as coal mining, mining, power generation, environmental protection, alumina production, phosphate processing, and pulp and paper manufacturing.

This valve primarily consists of a valve body, valve plate, lead screw, drive mechanism, and high-wear-resistant rubber rings. When the valve opens, the pressure differential between the two high-wear-resistant rubber rings within the valve body passage and the front/rear flange seals causes the valve sealing surfaces to tightly bond, forming a continuous passage. This prevents sediment buildup within the valve body during fluid flow, ensuring uninterrupted material conveyance. When closing, the elasticity of the rubber rings allows the gate plate to insert between them, interrupting fluid flow while increasing valve compression. This enhances sealing force between the gate plate and rubber rings, maintaining seal integrity without compromising gate operation.

Compared to conventional knife gate valves, this design offers superior wear resistance and prevents blockage by particulate matter. Additionally, the replaceable wear-resistant rubber rings significantly extend service life. With proper maintenance, this valve achieves virtually unlimited service life.
